I、 If any defects occur within 15 days (inclusive) of the sale of Corsran products, a new product DOA (replacement service) can be implemented, based on the date of the purchased certificate

1. A valid purchase voucher is required for the replacement service

2. The replacement product must ensure complete packaging and accessories

3. Human damage is not within the scope of this service



II、 Corsran provides three-year free warranty service for Corsran products sold in Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and sold to consumers through legal channels

1. The warranty period is calculated from the date of the valid purchase certificate. If a valid purchase certificate cannot be provided, it will be calculated from the date of product shipment

2. The original factory CDs, wires and other accessories included with the product are guaranteed for one month, and consumables such as stickers are not guaranteed

3. If products that are repaired during the warranty period cannot be repaired, Corsran will replace them with original spare parts with no lower performance than the original product.



III、 Corsran provides nationwide joint insurance service (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) for Corsran products sold in Chinese Mainland (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and sold to consumers through legal channels

1. Consumers must provide a formal purchase invoice in order to enjoy national joint insurance

2. If the consumer is unable to issue a formal purchase invoice, please pay attention to the "ASUSCorsran Service" official account and consult the after-sales warranty service online manually



If the following situations occur, it is not within the scope of free warranty service:

1. Products that exceed the warranty period provided by Corsran

2. Damage caused by failure to use, maintain, and store according to the requirements of the product manual regulations

3. Users may repair, modify, change components, modify wiring, or assemble improperly without authorization or by hiring third-party personnel

4. The product serial number label is missing, damaged, or altered, resulting in the inability to recognize the serial number or not matching the actual product object

5. This warranty service only covers faults or malfunctions that occur during the warranty period and under normal usage conditions, and applies to common firmware issues, but does not include any software issues or user caused failures

6. Failure and damage caused by unauthorized modification, repair, or change of product specifications by users or third-party personnel, as well as installation, addition, or expansion of accessories not originally sold, authorized, or recognized by Corsran Company

7. Scratches, twists, corrosion, rust, oxidation, fractures, etc. on circuit boards or components caused by abnormal usage or environmental factors

8. Damage caused by accidents, improper operation, or irresistible external forces (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, typhoons, etc.). For example, burnt golden fingers, missing electronic components, PCB board deformation, collision marks, etc

9. Usage issues and malfunctions caused by user self installation of software and improper settings

10. Damage caused by failure to operate according to the user manual, storage settings, or within the defined scope of application

11. Problems or malfunctions caused by third-party software or computer viruses, as well as software and data loss during maintenance or replacement processes

12. Inability to use due to contamination by toxic substances, diseases, pests, or radiation

13. Users use non mining dedicated cards for mining


Human damage:

1. During the warranty period, all human damage to Corsran products will be repaired as much as possible

2. Corsran products are subject to repair fees for all man-made damages outside the warranty period

3. The Corsran product maintenance fee standard includes parts and labor costs



IV、 Home pickup and replacement repair services

Starting from April 1, 2021, in case of performance failure of the product, we will provide one year of free on-site pickup and replacement repair services. (Definition of "one year": from the date of invoice issuance to the date of repair within one year. If an invoice cannot be provided, the factory date shall prevail.)



V、 Overinsured cases

Returning the product to the Corsran repair center during the warranty period does not mean that the product will receive free repair. After receiving the product, Corsran Company has the right to check the validity of the purchase certificate (invoice) and warranty service requirements. If the warranty period has expired or meets any of the warranty limitations in Article 3, your warranty requirements will be deemed invalid. If your warranty requirement is deemed invalid, Corsran Company will issue a repair price list, and you can choose to accept or reject it. If you choose to accept, Corsran Company will issue an invoice for you that includes repair costs, component costs, and other project costs listed on the price list.



VI、Personal Data Protection

1. Before sending the product for repair to the service center, please confirm that you have made a complete backup of important data and removed any personal data, confidential information, property data, and other private information stored on this product. Please allow Corsran Company to delete any data, software, or programs installed on this product without backing up your stored data. You will bear the responsibility for permanently losing, damaging, or misusing data caused by deleting it without establishing a backup file. Corsran Company shall not be responsible for any problems or malfunctions caused by third-party software or computer viruses, as well as any software or data loss caused during the repair or replacement process.

2. Please remove or provide any passwords that protect this product, such as BIOS password for startup, operating system password, hard drive protection password, etc. If restricted by password during the repair process, Corsran may not be able to detect or repair all issues with the product.

3. Corsran Company needs to collect, transmit, and process your personal data in order to make maintenance services more convenient. Therefore, your personal data may be transmitted to Corsran Corporation or its subsidiaries in any country for processing. But any use of your personal data will be strictly protected by Corsran's privacy terms.



VII、 Exercise of Lien

After the repair of your product is completed or if you do not agree to the repair, Corsran Company will notify you through the repair service process (such as phone notification, SMS notification, etc.) to retrieve your product. If you have not retrieved your product or cannot deliver it to the address you provided, Corsran Company will keep your product for 60 days. After this deadline, Corsran Company will notify you again to pick up the item based on the contact information provided when you applied for repair services. If you have not yet come to retrieve your product, Corsran Company reserves the right to claim storage fees from you, handle the product in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and any legal liens on unpaid fees.



This warranty term is independent of any other warranty terms applicable to the product you purchased, but does not in any way affect or limit the national statutory warranty terms.
